Last summer, I visited a peaceful village in the countryside, about 150 kilometers away from the city. The village is located in the northern part of Vietnam, surrounded by lush green fields and rolling hills. I went there with my family for a weekend getaway to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
We stayed at a small farmhouse where the locals grew organic vegetables and raised free-range chickens. Every morning, I would wake up to the sound of birds chirping and enjoy the fresh air. I spent most of my time exploring the nearby fields and rivers, taking in the serenity of the landscape. One day, we went hiking in the hills and found a beautiful spot to have a picnic. The weather was perfect, and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings.
What I liked most about this place was the tranquility and the chance to be close to nature. It was a great way to unwind and recharge. However, I also realized that I couldn’t live there for too long, as I missed the conveniences of city life, such as modern facilities and entertainment options.
